Delete your account
You can ask for your SpacePartner account and its personal data to be deleted at any time. You do not need to give a reason.
How to ask
- Email support@spacepartner.io with the subject "Delete my SpacePartner account".
- Send it from the email address on your account, or include the mobile number you sign in with and the name of your coworking space.
- We confirm that the request is yours, by a reply to that email or a one-time code, and then tell you when the deletion is done.
You can also ask at the front desk of your coworking space. They will raise the same request for you.
If you still have an active membership, unused paid credits or an unpaid invoice, we will tell you before deleting, so that you and your space can settle them first. Deleting your account ends your access to the app and to your space's services through it.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, mobile number, email address, photo, company and directory profile.
- Your sign-in account and device notification tokens.
- Identity-verification records and any face photo taken in the app.
- Your community posts, comments and poll votes. They are deleted, or anonymised where removing them would break other members' conversations.
- Bookings, visitor registrations, cafe orders, locker, parking and mailroom records linked to you. They are deleted or anonymised.
What is kept, and for how long
- Invoices, payments and tax records are kept for the period Indian tax and accounting law requires (GST law requires these records to be kept for several years), and are then deleted.
- Records we must keep to settle a dispute or to meet a legal request are kept only until that matter is closed.
- Copies in backups are overwritten as the backups roll over.
How long it takes
We complete deletion within 30 days of confirming your request, and we email you when it is done.
Deleting some data only
To delete only some of your data, such as your profile photo, a community post or your directory profile, edit or remove it in the app, or email us at the address above saying what you want deleted.
