Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the SpacePartner mobile app and web app (the "app"), made by TTAC — The Tiny Apps Company, Surat, India ("we", "us"). By signing in, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. What the app is
SpacePartner lets members and staff of a coworking space (the "operator") use that space's services: bookings, credits and payments, cafe orders, visitors, community, support and more. Your membership itself is an agreement between you and your operator. Your plan, prices, credits, house rules, refunds and access to the premises are set by the operator, not by these terms.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and admitted as a member or staff member by an operator.
- You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code, or with the login your operator gives staff. Keep your phone and login secure. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- Give accurate information, including for identity verification where your operator requires it.
3. Credits and payments
- Credits are units your operator uses to price services. They can be used only for that operator's services, as its plan rules set out. They are not money, a bank balance or a stored-value instrument, and they cannot be transferred to other operators.
- Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay) on its own secure checkout. Your operator issues GST invoices for what you buy.
- Refunds, expiry and adjustments of credits follow your operator's policy.
4. Acceptable use
When you use the app, including community features, you must not:
- post anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, misleading or infringing;
- share other people's personal data without their permission;
- spam, advertise without your operator's permission, or impersonate anyone;
- try to break, probe, overload or reverse-engineer the app, or reach data that is not yours.
Your operator can moderate or remove content, and we or your operator can suspend accounts that break these rules.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You allow us and your operator to store and show it inside the service for the purpose of running it. You can delete your content at any time.
6. Our software
The app, its design and its code belong to TTAC. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose while you have access.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the app available and correct, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We may update, change or retire features. Some features depend on your operator switching them on.
8. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the services your operator provides at its premises. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the app and ask for your account to be deleted at any time (see Delete your account). Your access also ends when your membership or employment with the operator ends.
10. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction. Please contact us first, because most issues can be solved quickly.
